- 1 banana
- 1 teaspoon cocoa powder (for baking, not making hot chocolate)
- 100ml porridge oats
- 300 ml milk or water
- brown sugar (optional)
- Prepare the porridge by heating the oats and liquid in a pot on the hob on a medium-low setting until the liquid has soaked up, stirring every few minutes.
- Stir in cocoa powder and brown sugar and top with a sliced banana
